VeriSynth Core is released under the MIT License. This means you are free to:

VeriSynth is designed with privacy-first principles:

- Privacy by Design: Our synthetic data generation preserves statistical properties while protecting individual privacy.
- Verifiable Privacy: Cryptographic proof receipts allow you to verify privacy guarantees.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) when using VeriSynth with your data.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use VeriSynth only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
